Makes a mockery of the PL’s tough stance at the start of the season that clubs would have to dip into their reserves and youth team and call up anyone who’s played a minute of senior football to honour a fixture.

If the bubble has gone down it’s down to their incompetence, they’ve not followed protocol.

If clubs were forced to honour these games with reserves and youth players you’d see them been much tougher with these house parties and breaches of lockdown rules.

Everton aren’t happy. If it was us we’d be docked 3 points.

Cancelled due to city having 5 positiveCovid test returned. Bit late to have a game cancelled a few hours before K.O.

At least it was few hours before the kick off unlike Rotherham United did other week (90 minutes before the kick off)

EFL threatened Rotherham United that they'll get heavy fine or points deduction if they call it off again. That's very odd tbh.
