She mentions they said ‘f*ck’ but where are the allegations of racial abuse except for in the headline?
 
She should have thought about the reactions she would get on social media before she "tweeped"

BBC pundit, former England and Team GB international. Played for Juve and Chelsea. Sister of a former Hull player. 80,000 Twitter followers, which like it or not is significant in this context.

EDIT: Just checked Sone Aluko is still playing for Reading.
 
TBH I think the real story here is that she's been racially abused for having an opinion, regardless of her 'arrogance' at referring to herself as high profile.

Just one of them people who has opinions on things that don’t concern her and likes to give the unpopular opinion and makes sure it’s aired publicly. Her post about the furloughing scheme wasn’t great. She also wasn’t popular in the England squad from what I have heard and read. Don’t get me wrong I’m not gonna sit here and say I know everything about her but from what I read about her she wouldn’t be my cup of tea for a person to chat too.
 
I knew who she was without looking it up, being a football fan. I'd say within the game she's high profile. Probably why she's kicked up a storm.
 
She is high profile, I agree with that. Very good player when I seen her play. Just not a fan of her personality. But don’t feel strong enough either way to carry on speaking about her so good luck to her. If she’s received racial abuse hope the b***ds who did it get punished.

Well she definitely wasn't popular with the management.
 
Had never heard of her as I have no interest in women's footy, I couldn't name 1 female player, just think it's rubbish, on a par with mens matches in empty stadiums. I did once know the name of the English girl who was playing at Barça, think she's at Atletico now but thats about it.
Just read a bit about Aluko and she does seem a dislikable teammate to have played with.

She is on MOTD and Focus quite regularly, has been for years.
