Which two would you suggest should be in the squad on the premise that they will wear the gloves (as first choice or reserve)?

Foakes for me.
Better wicket keeper standing up and did very well against spin last time in Sri Lanka.

Bairstow for me starts in warm up games, if he does ok he continues. Foakes has to wait his turn
