Anyone go to this. What a great show he put on. Took a few numbers and completely reinvented them. I Cant Stand Up For Falling Down and Good Year For The Roses done on piano. Never saw the support but it was Ian Prowse. Very enjoyable night.

Yep I was there, he was decent but I think he over reinvented some of the songs. For me I Cant Stand Up For Falling Down is such a great song he missed a trick by doing it on the piano and ruined Everyday I Write The Book totally by using it to introduce the band. Other wise a great selection of songs, Alison was sublime and Good Year For The Roses totally worked on the piano.

Ian Prowse was decent enough.

Gene some of those who I went with didn't get ICAUFFD. You are right about Alison. I know what you mean about EDIWTB but I was glad he did it it's an underrated song.
