Doesn't change anything, you can imagine those 'independent' appeal panels looking at the final table before deciding how many point to deduct from the transgressors and they won't dare be responsible for relegating what they perceive as a 'big' club. It's disgusting that these panels won't reach a decision before ko on wednesday
