Easy bread recipe

I love making sourdough and sourdough-like bread, but its generally quite a faff for most people with proving baskets, cast iron pans and starters. There is however a really easy bread recipe which makes a decent tasting loaf and doesnt need anything mega complex. most stores I have been into have had plenty of flour and salt and yeast in, so if you cant get any bread in, give it a go:

Never used a bread machine that I liked to be honest Erimus! This recipe makes a decently visually appealing load and it cooks quickly in the oven too

Wholesalers, aldi, Tesco, there’s been plenty of flour when I’ve been. Depends when you go I guess

I work in a town centre, haven't seen any for a while, or I hadn't until tonight. Tesco had 4 bags left. None in Asda, Aldi or Lidl earlier.

Just been to aldi in Redcar for girlfriends parents, and they had milk and toilet roll and flour. We got milk this morning in Tesco ingleby.
