Neil might be 72 years of age but I don't think I have ever seen a more passionate football manager, certainly not at our club. I could listen to the bloke all day. You can just see he absolutely loves his job. I don't think I have ever had so much faith in a Boro manager. Yes there will be ups and downs in the coming months but I have complete confidence that we will head in the right direction with him at the helm. The transformation has been remarkable.

It would be devastating to see him leave at the end of the season no matter what happens. Ha'way Neil sign on for an extra year!
