Donald Trump - another irrelevance if he becomes president

Today the prosecution lawyers are asking the judge to find him guilty of breaking his gag order, so while the judge makes up his mind Trump has slagged him off on his social media site :ROFLMAO:
 
On the face of it, the evidence looks damning and after yesterday's testimony by David Pecker I think the prosecution have made a good start in framing it all as election interference. Add in the written notes by Alan Weisselberg regarding the structuring of the payments to Cohen and it reads like a conspiracy.
The defence were admonished for testifying on Trumps behalf that he didn't have sex with Daniels, that's down to Trump to do himself and they know that putting him on the stand will blow their defence.
Let's see how the judge deals with today's gag order hearing as that might see Trump in clink for a few days 😁

Sadly, the prosecution is only asking for a fine not jail. This time anyway.
 
Just reading a book by John Sopel about the Trump administration - absolutely mind boggling how inadequate, bent and dangerous Trump try is - a great read btw.

. He’s written a couple on Trump. Presumably you are talking about “A Year at the Circus” A year in Trump’s White House?

I think this is what Trump is likely looking for.

I’m sure the judge despite it being deserved doesn’t want to give him that at this stage.

It may well be a very difficult conundrum for the judge to solve. I think if Trumps the ante and starts attacking individual jury members he may well in end up in custody.

That's the one mate - halfway thru and a really good read. I'm a sucker for political books (recently read one on Nixon, brilliant), especially US politics.
