however saying that typical boro is to get a good win and leave us all asking why could they have not done that a few weeks ago to keep us in the play off picture
 
The weather is brutal today, especially by the river. Freezing cold and 50mph winds. Won’t make for a great game!
 
At least the bu&&&rs should run today - even if only to keep warm! Can’t see Spence fancying it at all today.
 
I just want to us to go for it. We've heard the war cry for the Millwall and Bournemouth games and we've simply not turned up. Absolutely shocking as must win games.

I genuinely think we have given up. I guess it's harder to motivate once you know you are realistically planning for next season. I agree maybe ditch a few loan signings or players who are leaving.

No point planning around them unless they are returning next year. Also as stated I'm not sure how 'invested' loan players are now. I'd give Archer a run in goals (can't be any worse) and give Akpom 7 games up top to save his career. I don't like this Bolasie or Watmore down the middle as neither forwards.

I'm not sure how up for it Fletcher is? He's maybe a bit of a Britt worried about getting crocked.

That said take the loan signings out and we are very thin on the ground as no Tav or Fry.

Just have a go👍. It would be such a shame for the season to fizzle out and finish 12-16th. We could do with some kind of form to take into next year. Just look at Barnsley they've kept going despite 300 days in the bottom 3 over the last 18 months (I got that stat of sky)
