Imagine he has accessed the University by family privelage - ie at birth mam and dad have sorted his place out......not important to, you know, work extremely hard and pass exams like the plebs do. Just an exclusive application form with a few references from Cambridge university alumni big chebs.

I hate to defend Raab, as I think he's an odious toad, but his mam was a clothes buyer and his dad was a food manager for M&S - hardly the landed gentry.
