Does anyone on here Vape?

I have 2 mates who started vapes around 4 yrs ago to get off cigs.
They have never reduced the dose to they started on and appear addicted to the vape.
Every now and again they go back on to cigs for a week or two as they say the vape hurts their chest.

Yeah, if you're blowing a massive cloud it's because you want to.

I don't blow hardly anything visible out, and that's with quite a high power one.

I think that was down to an ingredient which isn't used in the UK, and which I think has now been banned in the US also.

Not something I've looked at for a while mind.

I suppose you need to want to lower the dose, but also depends on what dose they started on and how often they're on it? The dose can be anywhere from 0mg to 18mg, but most are on around 3-6mg I think.

I don't get a bad chest but I'm on like 3-6mg, anything over that isn't nice.
 
Started vaping just over 3 years ago to quit the fags & it worked a treat. Have reduced the nicotine down to the 0.3 in the juices I get now and occasionally get the nicotine free ones.

I watched a Michael Mosley (sp?) tv programme which persuaded me it was a way to go.

Found all the fruity flavours appalling so I mix a coffee and vanilla and enjoy a Latte now.

Why & how these things are getting into kids hands is shocking though kids always seem to be able to buy fags. It’s not acceptable in my view. vaping is not something to start its something to stop you doing something way more harmful.

Feel massively better for doing it btw.

I think they're the big massive charger ones arent they, look mental. Our lasses disposable ones don't do that, just like a light cloud hers thats gone in a second.
 
I managed to poison myself with a vape, haven’t touched it since. Genuinely thought I was having a heart attack.
