Does anyone have an Induction Hob?

Surely an electric kettle is the most efficient way to boil water isnt it?
We've recently got one of this one cup water heater things off of Amazon. It's a revelation. Only boils enough water for one mug so it's perfect if like I used to do, you always boiled a full kettle of water.

Yes and as above it’s not the biggest ring that boils my biggest pan fastest. The settings on my rings go from 0-14 then P, it needs to be set to P to boil fast.
Did you intend on so many double entendres in a single paragraph? I'm sat here giggling like an idiot

We've had one for a couple of years. I'd never have had it fitted had I known what a pain it is.

When it works it's amazing. I can litteraly put the same pans on daily and you ever know how well it will work. I have expensive induction pans. That's after cheaper ones were as bad.

The contact has to be perfect. I mean they are working then you move one a mil and it stops heating and makes a clicking sound.

They look sleek and good in the kitchen. Yet I regret getting them fitted and wish I had the normal ones that take any pan and heat no matter what.
