There's around 200 countries that send competitors. The only way you could do that would be to vaccinate all those involved. The numbers of competitors, coaches, doctors, physio's etc that would be involved would mean vaccinating huge numbers of people. I don't know how you could justify that ethically when so many vulnerable people globally would have to wait even longer. Sponsor will dictate though I'm sure as the money at stake is in the trillions

I'm fairly sure they'll be cancelled. I know I'm in the minority, but I have hardly watched any of the last half dozen - just the cycling. They've lost their appeal and will eventually go the way of the FA Cup, but admittedly not in my lifetime - but then I've probably only got ten years if that.

It wasn't directed at you zorro, just my gut feeling despite all the noises being made. I hope they do go ahead for all the people that enjoy them, but they just pass me by now.
