Chilli with meat? Con carne? I think supermarkets used to sell cow meat that was ground or ‘minced’ as we called it on Teesside. On the subject of cows, what was that stuff called that used to come from their udders? I recall my mother adding it to her cup of tea.

I think they were called chicken dippers or nuggets. There used to be a shop that sold them McAndrews I think
