Chilli with meat? Con carne? I think supermarkets used to sell cow meat that was ground or ‘minced’ as we called it on Teesside. On the subject of cows, what was that stuff called that used to come from their udders? I recall my mother adding it to her cup of tea.
 
Or that round thing that came from around the chickens ass. I wonder who decided that will go well on toast
