How Jones has been over looked for this is beyond me.
Keeping adding those ££££. If he wins and even if Forest get promoted via Auto's forget £20 million, let's go £30 million.
Squeeze every last penny out of whoever it is that buys him

We shouldn't be looking at anything less than £25m at a base value IMO, it could rise to 30/40 depending on appearances etc.
 
It's a bit of a kick in the d*ck if our young player wins player of the year at another club (never mind a rival).

That said hopefully adds a couple of quid. I'm sick of hearing 15-20mil. The clubs being linked are massive clubs. If they genuinely rate him then make them pay.

You'd have thought Jones must have been in the running. The fact he came from none league and what a first season he's had. I'm sure he's got more assists than Spence.

There we go, as he's 22, Jones is ineligible for the Young Player and I think it's inarguable that he's definitely not at the same level as the 3 senior nominees.

Brilliant... we will reap more money from a guy who for various reasons didn't produce here ..Good luck djed and well done...I'm kind of sad it didn't work out here but its football and we should be looking at 20 to 25 million for the beat young player of the championship

I doubt anyone will pay that. He is a very specific player, can only play wing back. Nobody will pay that for someone to warm a bench so you are looking at a team to put him straight into the first team. I appreciate Spurs are interested but is Spence going to get into an Arsenal team as a RB in a 4? I think not for long. I think we will have already agreed a deal at around £12M-£15M. Everyone knows he does not want to be at Boro, he only has 1 year on his contract, his value in truth is not as high as some think weighing it all up. We might get a sell on clause if we are lucky.

He's got 2 years left on his contract, we activated an extension.

I can, quite comfortably.

He's a young English player getting rave reviews from the national and local media, very possibly part of a side that got promoted.

Adam Webster went for £20m to Brighton and he was older and less high profile.

Spence is being linked with bigger clubs and is being hyped up by every man and their dog.

But I'd be happy with anything £15m+ now, he's not coming back and we need the money.

I agree, we need the money, he has had an outstanding season on loan. 1 season only though and how many teams in the PL play wing backs? Forest might pay up if they go up, Spurs, He’d be daft to go to Liverpool or Chelsea, I think the target market is a little niche at £20M+ hence why I think £15M tops, but fingers crossed we see a bidding war 👍
