A club that is incapable making sensible decisions which should be straight forward ones such as timing of doing things,poor appointments, sanctioning poor moves paying over the odd fees such as George Saville , Fletcher etc . winding the fans up with unnecessary comments such as the Sunderland one, failing to address the recruitment team problems much earlier.This all has a impact.
 
I understand the sacking despite the pathetic window we had but the club have to show they have their heads screwed on with this next appointment, it'll tell you everything you need to know.
 
There are just 4 clubs in Britain with bigger nett negative shareholder value.
Brighton, Stoke, West Ham, Cardiff.

Gibson has been in charge since 93, outright owner, made all the big decisions on budgets and people.
He has had 6 managers in 6 years, and we are in the bottom 3 from a position that offered such promise in May.

But of course it's all Chris Wilder's fault.

Thought it was a long term project? I would have persisted another few gamrs. Can only presume rumours he was looking at other clubs were true....thats the disgrace if true
