Digital Membership Ticket Purchase

Anyone offer any help?

I bought a ticket through normal means but then select Load To Card so it appears on my digital membership in Google wallet. But when you open the membership it isn't there.

Do I have to do anything else so it appears in the digital membership?

I thought load to card was load to your season card not your google wallet.
Is it for today's game? Go down as early as possible snd check at ticket office.
But in buying tickets for Aston Villa and Chelsea I selected Load to Card to my season card. Not the digital option.
Have you a digital membership with no card? Look for transaction receipt in your emails and take that to football club and they will be able to advise you.

A friend has just told me he can't load his Chelsea ticket to his season card he reckons he needs to have the digital option, is that correct?
 
I wasn’t going to be able to go to the villa match but now can. However the “Load to card” is also causing me issues. Tried adding my ID number, but still won’t work. I’ll ring the ticket office 😩

Let us know what they advise.
Is your seat still available for Villa or have you bought another seat?

The ticket office said without seeing my phone, they couldn’t explain why the option to load to my card wasn’t there.
So just bought a ticket over the phone and ticket office assigned it.
My seat was gone, but got one nearby.
Hopefully it won’t be a problem for the next round of the FA cup 🤞

By the time I spoke to my mate he'd already contacted the club about his issues. They confirmed exactly what you've said about scrolling up.
The guy at MFC said that they've contacted the 3rd party supplier of the ticketing software about the issue but there has been no resolution.
