I love this photo of allardyce. What he's doing here is displaying his genitals, trying to become the dominant male, which is something all managers must do to achieve the new manager bounce.

But look closely at the picture. He is not sitting in a chair. He is sitting on top of the back of his chair! Not only does he have his legs spread the widest, but his genitals are a clear foot higher than anyone else's in the room. This is why he is such a sought after manager.
