Poor dear, 12,000 people could be losing their jobs and she is livid because she had to rejoin a queue to buy stuff she probably didn't want or need just because it was reduced.

I wasn't actually criticizing the OP, more questioning why people are not treating shopping at Debenhams as a "must do" when last week you couldn't have dragged them in there.

People love a bargain, especially when times are hard.
