Logic has no place on here...we are emotional Basket cases week in week out
 
We had a bit of everything today, gritty, tough in the tackle, played a bit of football when we could, ruthless in front of goal, throwing ourselves at shots and some blocks on shots were just immense

Can we be as gritty, tough yet creative every week please ?
 
Whether we are involved or not, the tussle for that final place will be fun to watch. All of the teams involved are slipping up at the minute and no one is really taking advantage.

The thing is, we have no idea who will turn up against Birmingham.
Let’s hope they do turn up because brum will be another tough test (!)

Ok my gut feel was that this was the case and my nerd has looked it up. After 37 games last year Sunderland were 12th with 8 to make up. If we LOSE on Tuesday we’d be 37 and 11th with 8 to make up.

I’m not going to say we will do it. But I’m not going to say we can’t do when it’s something them lot up the road can.
