One thing is for certain Joe Biden is not running that country. They wheel him out every now and again to read speeches (badly) from a teleprompter then somebody puts executive orders in front of him to sign which he doesn't understand.

If I was an american, I'd want to know who is running the country, because it certainly isn't sleepy Joe.
 
To be fair Biden would be no good either because he'd forget his lines. It's embarrassing for a major economy that either of them are anywhere near the ballot paper.
 
Biden's critics on here don't suggest an alternative opponent to Trump - or criticise Trump in any way. They repeat MAGA phrases.

It started during and after Brexit because I think people who were relatively clever knew they were being lied to but the majority got sucked in. Lying leave people like farage et al

It’s Nothing to do with Brexit it started with trump giving everyone silly childish nicknames and basically using abuse and humiliation to replace debate and discourse.

Dogma and rhetoric replaced facts and reason.

There is a bit more to Trump than calling people. He forwards political positions and arguments that a lot of voters agree on, that's why he has huge support. Also he has a track record from being in office, strong economy (pre-covid), low inflation, high employment, better energy independence, lower taxes, secure borders, etc. Also for someone you consider 'evil' he did not start any new foreign conflicts. Something his Nobel prize winning predecessor did on numerous occasions.

When he labels an opponent, the name sticks because it's true and usually funny i.e. Sleepy Joe, who has been filmed literally falling asleep in public on numerous occasions.
