good read that.. my first team was - just - that 1973/74 team, Souness to Liverpool.. how could we let that heppen??

Though it was John Neals that really stuck with me & the flogging of the best of them by Amer again to Liverpool & Forest..

Some fantastic memories a UEFA Cup final!?! ..Small town in Teesside.. awesome..

Wilder did look to be the right manager at the right time, excellent appointment... however he like many of todays professionals is really just looking for a pay day & how he can fluff up his CV rather make build a reputation & crate an indelible legacy like the best managers do.. Carrick - I think - is made from better stuff & realises the importance & setting the foundations of a career.. we are an ideal club for that..

Playing some great footy at the moment & win lose or draw on the banana skin that could be WBA things are looking up again..

You're right about Wilder. It's amazing how far his star has fallen. He's mentioned in connection with every vacancy in the Prem and Championship, but by Day 2, he's at the bottom of the list of contenders. He's going to have to eat a lot of humble pie if he wants to work again soon
