I think his point was that he's happy to spend time outside of Westminster as he did when he set it up there. But Darlington is 20 minutes away from his constituancy. Not exactly a trek for him.

Cheers just found that, strange response to the question but I don't think that proves he thinks Darlo is in Scotland, just he doesn't have any examples of when he's been to Scotland or done anything for the Scots?!
