Fair play to a female member of BBC Tees post match analysis to say something the male presenters would never dream to say
Attendances are no signifier of performance either. Id rather there were twenty people in the stadium and win every week than 28 thousand and we don't.Give over, the fans would give up turning up to games in thousands if the Pulis football cane back and you know it.
I noticed that she wasn't able to return to the commentary after that due to 'technical problems'
Carroll was a boring player I was told today everyone hailed him as a great player but 80% of his passes were backwards or sideways and teams mirror their managerCompletely agree, glad somebody has the guts to say it on the radio.

He won't without DanksIt wont just click, when the formation is fundamentally wrong. The only way it click if carrick finds a tatical solution.
I agree people need to calm down a little (not easy after today). We do seem to start seasons slowly under MC before we find our form. 2 points from our first seven games last season remember and we still only missed the play by four points even after a start like that. Looking at the squad it does look pretty good, on paper at least, so we’re more than capable of going on a good run. The thing is Carrick needs to realise that we must adapt our game plan to how the opposition line up against us. He seems very stubborn or loathe to change things that aren’t working, and having favourite players that appear week after week even when they are stinking the place out isn’t a good look for any manager.I like Dana but that was complete click bait from her and she allowed her emotions to override judgement. I was at Leeds away when we were outstanding to watch and don’t think any of the home games have been boring.
Just needs to click. We hugely miss McGree and Lathe seems to be lacking confidence suddenly. It will come and we will easily finish above teams like Sunderland.
People need to calm down and judge at Christmas not after 6 games.
Conway is in the middle of them closing their space.Over egging things. Azaz, jones and lath aren’t playing well, that’s why we’re not turning possession into chances and goals
We should be playing Conway or lath, not Conway and lath…..it should be Conway by the way until lath rediscovers his pepConway is in the middle of them closing their space.
What? People have the guts to criticise the team every week on the radio.Completely agree, glad somebody has the guts to say it on the radio.

I suspect lath is less effective because teams are sitting back so there are not the same number of opportunities for him to use his pace to get in behind. It will when your better players return aka McGree and confidence comes back. Lathe doesn’t just suddenly become a bad player in a bad system. The same system allowed him to score over 20 goals last season.
We are too narrow and I think Jones needs dropping.

What you probably mean is she said something you agree with.
I'll post whatever I am thinking, but thanks for the input. But not somebody actively employed to give their opinion. Maddo toes the line, there was no line towing from Dana there.
Don’t tell people what they mean.
This is exactly it. We definitely need to find a way to create more chances against teams sat in. Second half we Edmundson and Clarke passing to each other 35 yards out and every Sunderland player behind the ball.I suspect lath is less effective because teams are sitting back so there are not the same number of opportunities for him to use his pace to get in behind.
Trying to draw the opposition out isn't working. Carrick needs to find another way to utilise his pace.
The major issue is not we are not scoring though. It's how we concede. I would make us harder to beat first. Had we not conceded yesterday, Sunderland would have, eventually got higher up the field.
Rather obvious but we do need to be better at taking the chances we create.
Pinning our hopes on a striker that has had a decent 3 month period in his whole career is madness...but it's where we are atWe seem to have pinned our goal scoring hopes on Lath, neither Burgzorg or Conway were prolific last season. Meanwhile our most natural leader of the line has got injured playing for Millwall!
I'll post whatever I am thinking, but thanks for the input.
