Dan wootton

It’s really troubling isn’t it?
The Sun drop a story on Huw Edwards and every msm follow up without question. To the extent that almost everyone of voting age is aware and has a view.
And, a respected journalist ends up suffering with stress and depression.

The Dan Wooton story which, on the face of it, is far more serious is raised by the Byline Times and followed up by Private Eye - and that’s about it.

Evidence, if needed, of the power and ability of the msm to influence voters.

Indeed very troubling but yet mote evidence that the MSM can set the agenda, make what is news to suit their own political agendas. There was undoubtedly a witch-hunt on Edwards and the BBC. Wooton is anti BBC and therefore his "crimes" have gone unreported - well done to the Byline Times who are getting their offices splashed with paint and death threats. Sickens me to the back teeth.

Didn't know that .... blimey
You have to commend that level of self control and restraint, those poor teenage girls will no doubt be disappointed that such an attractive man has made this decision.
I’m sure the parents are relieved that their daughters won’t be getting into the fights and we have avoided the tension within our schools that is borne from the jealousy that would no doubt surround them all vying for his attention.

He is a kiwi but very few people remember him. Wrote a very tacky second rate whats on diary piece in The Dominion Post (Wellington regional paper) before he decided UK tabloids were for him.

Most kiwis think he is a tvvat of the very highest order.
It’s a case of output, especially if you are paid by the article, if you don’t have to check the veracity of the ‘stories’ or rather myths you pen, as you are sure there’ll be no appetite for scrutiny it’s a much slicker process.
You can churn out no end of informative articles that the discerning reader will devour, hungry or more accurately ravenous for the content that keeps them abreast of current affairs.

Suspended by Mail Online after Byline Times publish part 7 of their investigation today giving conclusive proof that he is Martin Branning.

GB News of course continue to allow him on air…..

And finally making into the mainstream media. About F***ing time!

This has been quite masterful by the Byline Times from start to finish.

The investigation itself looks like a masterclass, but the handling and staging of the reveal is equally so. It has drawn not just scumbag Wootten in, but his scumbag employers who encouraged and enabled him to do these things have been drawn in to protecting him. Even the timing is masterful, highlighting perfectly their hypocrisy following the Schofield and Edwards 'outrage'. It's appropriate that a lot of this is about catfishing as Byline Times have reeled them in bit by bit. It's a fantastic example of knowing your opponents nature and tactics so well you can anticipate and use it against them if you play your hand well.

If there was a journalism West Point this would become as text book as d*ck Winters assault on the fixed artillery position at Brecourt Manor on D-Day.
