The way these questions are written affect the way they are answered. I don't want a Starmer government but I would choose a Starmer government over a Sunak government every time. Politics is regularly about choosing the least worst option. In all my time voting there has been one leader with an opportunity to win that I actually wanted to win. I can't imagine there are many people in America other than the loony Trump lot who are happy with the choice of Trump or Biden but they'll vote for one of them as the least worst option.
