The only ones I'd say I'd definitely try and keep are

Dieng
Smith (depending on fitness)
VDB
Lenihan
Fry
Hackney
Mcgree
Forss
Jones
Azaz

We need upgrades all over the pitch so I would let others go to make that happen.

Either let Engel or Bangura go to bring in a better LB

Let Dijksteel go to bring in a RB

Let Barlaser or Howson go along with O'Brien and bring in at least 2 CMs. Probably 3 as Hackney is likely away

Let Either Josh or Lath go along with Hoppe and bring in two strikers

Let Gilbert and Silvera go and bring in a no10 and a LF

Not easy to move all those players on but this is where we are at
 
Only players I would like to see us keep is Dieng, VDB, Hackney, Jones and McGree (only just) If the club are serious about going for it next season then next seasons squad needs to be built around them. I wouldn’t care about losing anyone else.

Sadly two of them are nailed on to be sold if and when any half decent offer comes in for them.
 
There is not one player at the club that I would be upset about leaving based on performance this season.


We seem to have equal measures of players that are either clueless, spineless or both
 
We are weak and small against most Championship teams. We need to be much more astute if we want to get out of this league. It almost seems like men against boys (us) most weeks now.
 
Like a previous poster has said, if a half decent bid came in for any of them I’d sell.

Massive summer for the club, & not just the playing staff either

We are going to need transfer funds

That isn`t coming from the sale of ST cards so we`ll need to sell

If that is the case I can see Carrick being on his toes and we`ll go back to bare metal and try to build again, again, again, and again, until something clicks, a miracle happens and we get a season in the PL, just in time for the parachute payments to stop/reduce for relegated teams

I agree with most of that except I would also get rid of the below:

Glover - get rid ( not good enough )
Smith - get rid ( injury prone )
Lenihan - get rid ( not good enough
Fry - get rid ( not good enough )
Clarke - ( not good enough )
Barlaser - 50/50 not arsed if he stays or goes
 
I reckon my list would consist of those I'd like to keep, but will be sold and those I'd like to get rid of, but we'll be saddled with.
This warchest people keep touting had better be big.

What ever happens, major surgery is required for the umpteenth season. Loan players go, out go one of the left backs, fry, Dijksteel, glover and the other backup keeper. Barlaser has flattered to deceive. Howson, a years contract as backup.....Hackney, cash in if a suitable offer comes along......and please, please bring in some bloody pace and some creativity. It's been a long slog since that promotion winning side.... albeit some still chastise that way of playing football....blows my mind why.
