Crooks , Djiksteel and Muniz

Crooks skill and touch is far below the level of the other players which often causes moves to break down.
BUT it was a great assist.
 
I thought Crooks was fine tonight to be honest. He’s not Akpom, but who is?

Decent cover option and got himself an assists. Missed a couple of big chances but as the gaffer says, that’s football.

Muniz looked exactly how I exoected him to be. Completely lacking in game time and off the pace. And he was inly on for the last 15 mins. The OP is wide of the mark about the other two both of whom had decent games. In fact I though Dijkstil offered more tonight than Smith. Pace and strength.
 
Muniz had no minutes. Little decent chances but he's obviously not going to play a part anyway
Crooks played well, and what a ball for the goal! Dijksteel was solid throughout
Bodes well if the injuries persist but they won't be first teamers

Daftest post of the night mate.
Thought Djiksteel was excellent. Crooks while not a big fan thought he did ok tonight. I agree in an ideal world he would not be in my starting 11. Muniz had no chance to show anything the way the game went after he came on.

All my opinion obviously
 
Dijksteel was fine, an improvement on smith

Crooks was wasteful in the box, zero composure

Muniz looked like he had won a competition in the stands at half time to play the last 15 mins


The one you should have also included was bola who looked so far out of his depth ambling around and generally causing play to break down or doing air shots with his hoofs. Also let his man get away from him to score a free header

Dijksteel was excellent. Crooks put the effort in and got into good positions but took too long to get his shot away or make a decision. Muniz was crap though

Agreed. Bola was very poor, ok he's out of position, but he's a League One quality LB playing left midfield in the championship.

It's vitally important we get McGree and/or Ramsey back
 
Although I agree, Bola was very poor first half. I thought he improved massively in the second half.
I'd also play Dijksteel ahead of Smith. Whether Smith is fit or not. I just feel he offers more going forward and a lot more pace at the back.

You seen the worst of dijksteel and crooks because they were tired (remember that they haven’t played a full game in ages)
Both dijksteel and crooks for 75 mins were excellent
Muniz got 10 mins and is even more rusty…
We were wonderful last night with barlassor and mowatt absolutely top quality and howson brilliant at the back.
Mowatt and barlassor also tired into the last quarter of the game and neither really made any runs into the box : mowatt made a couple in the first half but that’s just lack of game time
Bola was the only one who struggled with playing out of position and being rusty so fair play to him for doing it for the team (!)

I know what you mean but smith offers leadership and is very solid and we don’t lack goals so his leadership skills count for a lot

Agree Bola looked way off it last night, you can see why he played Hackney on the left against Hull.
Hopefully Ramsey will be back for the playoffs
Ramsey & Akpom for Crooks & Bola will be a massive improvement for the team.
 
Have just watched the game in full , my criticism of Djiksteel might have been a bit harsh.I was just p!she'd off that crap refereeing had cost us at least a point.
Mind you the pass from Crooks is just a hopeful punt , it's only the fact that their keeper does a Schwarzer that we ended up scoring
