Anyone received an extra children's ticket for Coventry?

On the back of my little girls first Boro match v QPR I bought 3 tickets for Coventry. I ordered block 9, Row C, seats 11, 12, 13. Instead I've received seats 8 & 9.

I've emailed the ticket office but have a massively busy day at work so have no faith I will get this sorted if I'm placed no 28 in a Q.
 
Not that easy, I'm a community psychiatric nurse and ill probably (definately) be doing 15 or 16 hours tomorrow instead of the 10 I'm supposed to be doing (as per usual). The Coventry game was the only thing keeping me going so it's an extra stress I could do without. It would be nice to do it in my dinner half hour but I don't think any of us have had that in the last year and a half. At least I've got the booking confirmation as at first I thought it was my **** up.
 
I wonder if Yvonne Ferguson may be able to help, she is supporter liaison, I am sure someone on here will have her email address, it is certainly a long journey to undertake with that uncertainty, as tickets were left unsold, I wonder if the Coventry ticket office would swap your two for three together if you show them the email???
