Could we be coming into form at the right time?

I actually feel we are starting to really get into our stride now and we are seeing the squad really looking like a Warnock team now. Weeks ago I thought we had no chance but I’m feeling positive now like @Erimus74 and I actually quite fancying us to end up in them play offs. Tomorrow is a huge game going into the international break mind. We need to win.

This season has seen teams go in really good and really bad runs. Currently Norwich (well, all season) Barnsley. Previously Cardiff were on ridiculous winning runs. Conversely teams have gone on long winless runs, I’ve noticed it much more this season. The cramped nature of the fixture list, Covid postponements and then restrictions is making this a season like no other. I wouldn’t be surprised if we do have a great run, but I do think we are too far behind

If I was forced to bet I’d say we’ll only just miss out. But I’m a fan and so I dare to dream, but still 6th at best.

We will make the play-offs.
Astound everyone by beating whoever in the Final at Wembley.
Ditch the average players, buy some proven Prem players and hang on to the Warnock roller - coaster!
Its in the tea - leaves and Laughing`s "Algorithms"

Tomorrow is a key game, get level on points with Bournemouth and who knows, teams will slip up, let's hope for once it's not us.
We were 10 points behind Reading two game's ago, now only 5 points so still plenty of time but Millwall is a must win and probably Bournemouth and Barnsley, Watford is a free hit and then the last 5 are all winnable.

If we are still in the mix at the final whistle on Easter Monday then I will start to believe. Easter weekend is huge.

After the last two results the Swansea game becomes even harder to take!!!

I think we know the little run we have coming up vs Bournemouth, Watford and Barnsley is going to be crucial.

2 wins, preferably against B & B, and we're in with a real chance.

Dont get me wrong Block, if we had anyone else in the dugout I wouldnt be so positive, I just feel under NW we have the best manager in this league when anything is acheivable, we have another good run of form in us, we've had some awful decisons go against us & with lady luck smiling down on us, with the players we have that are capable of putting a sequence of runs together, add to that, when NW came in even the best of us thought we're pushing it to aviod relegation & we did, this time we're sitting 5 points behind Reading, we have Barnsley & Bournemouth to play, its far from over for us, I will be convinced we'll make the final spot untilits mathamatically impossible

We need to win every game... We'd all love it to happen but it's a massive ask and like the Swansea game proved, sometimes you get a result taken from you.

We've improved and there is competition for some places, but I still think we will fall short this season.
I really hope I am wrong and we can have an incredible run and win the Play offs too and I would snap your hand off too; this nonsense about not being ready; take a look at the latest published Accounts, we will never be more ready!

I never buy in to that of not been ready, theres always next season etc

We have to take the chance now, if we go up we'll adress the issue, but for now the aim is to get in to the playoffs

We'll finish in a playoff spot this year. We do have to win the majority of our remaining games but not all of them.

I have maintained this position through the season and never changed my mind.

A win tomorrow would be nice, but we have nothing to fear from any team in this division. Let's not forget to wave to the Geordies as we pass them.

Latest form table, last 6 games, has 7 teams getting 10 points - including us, Bournemouth and Reading. So unless one of those goes on a diasterous run we won’t make up the points we are behind I’m afraid.

We play Bournemouth, Watford and Barnsley.

Reading play Barnsley, Swansea, Cardiff, Watford and Norwich.

Bournemouth play us, Norwich and Brentford.

Barnsley play Reading, us and Norwich.

All 4 teams can't keep winning.
If we win our games, we're virtually guaranteed to catch one of them.
5 points is far from insurmountable with 9 games left.

We'll make up the points. How many of those teams were robbed of 3 points as we were against Swansea. We are, generally, playing our best football. Certainly we seem more consistent.

I will be surprised and disappointed if we don't make the playoffs
