confirmed 2000 tickets for Coventry away

I don't think it's guaranteed that Coventry will sell out. Remember we couldn't sell out for a play-off home leg vs Villa.

At the same time, I understand why they've given us the bare minimum allocation. It's a massive game and they're going to want to give themselves every little possible advantage they can.

Any guesses what time we will sell out the away allocation later today?

My guess is it will sell out at 4.50pm i.e on 190 points.

From memory - Brentford only sold around 65% of their away allocation in 2015.

Villa sold all their allocation in 2018 about 2,800.

Anyone think 180s will have a chance? I'll be okay but lads I travel with all on 180 so don't know whether to wait and see or just look after myself.

Tricky one to call really mate.

If I miss out in the hospitality window.. I've got 220+ but our dad has only got 197 so I'm not going to get mine in the 220+.. going to wait and (hopefully) get 2 in the 190+ window.

A few of the 2,000+ allocations recently have got down to around 170-180.

Yeh, same boat. Otherwise you risk going on your own but better than not going. I think the demand for this will be higher than Rotherham, Sunderland etc. There was only a few tickets left for the 180 plus for Rotherham and a bigger allocation.

I don't think we could get any more Boro fans in without changing the concourses. We should definitely only give them 2000 though.
Doesn’t it depend on the configuration of the stadium. It might not be possible to give 2,000 to them and another 120ish to us

Get in, luckily managed to get two for Sunday.

The hospitality window has gone in literally seconds.. can't have been any more than 30-40 available.

Just looked at Megabus for something else with the Rail Strike this weekend.
There's a coach from Middlesborough to Coventry leaves 23.40 Saturday Night if that's any use to anyone, stops in Leeds, Bradford, Manchester, Gets into Cov at 06.50 in the morning.

£17. Unfortunately it leaves Cov soon after full time but there's one leaves Birmingham at 19.35, gets back into Boro 23.40. Stops Nottingham, Sheffield, Leeds and York.

They sold out for the Birmingham match last week, so are going to concentrate on getting as many home supporters in as possible.
That was with 5,000 birmingham supporters.

If they can sell out to their own fans then fair enough but they have'nt come close to it yet so far this season.

It was 4000 Brum and Coventry sold out days in advance so you have to assume there would have been a lot more wanting tickets.
You have to assume Boro fans wanting more tickets at away grounds would be trying to get our club to offer more to Coventry, so the offer could be returned, if not then it sounds like the Mackems did in January mostly arrogant entitled fans who just care about themselves.

It was 4,500 brum. There was an attendance of just over 30,000 which was their biggest attendance by far this season. Their next highest was 23,600 (including away fans). I think its debatable whether coventry would sell 28k tickets to their own fans.

Theres nothing arrogant or entitled about questioning whether another club would sell an amount of tickets that they've not come close to selling at any previous point in the season.
