Complete restructure of the football league

Very well argued - I think on the final point a Regulator is an absolute must. The EFL is effectively a trade body, it isn't stand along it is the clubs. A strength but also a weakness in that it cannot make any decree because it is divided, between rich and poor, or now poorer and poorer still, perhaps.
