Come on you Blades you can still do it !

It makes UD Almería's 64 goals against in 32 matches feel not so bad.

Mind you, we are 2 points behind them. Having only one win so far this season.

Hope they get 4 more points to keep the mackems 15 and 19 point records in the lowest three attained in PL history (y)

Other than that, yes please by all means Sheff Utd, concede another 8 (y)(y)(y)

This could be us if we ever manage to get promoted. The gap between the Champ and the Prem is huge and perhaps bigger than ever.

The Blades are schitt mind.
I wonder what Cameron Archer is thinking?
Mind you, there are reports of an athletic looking young lad At Sheffield Midland, carrying a loaded Slazenger bag, and a copy of his CV under his arm, asking the price of a single ticket to Middlesbrough earlier today !

I imagine he is looking at his £50k a week pay check as well as his relegation release clause and licking his lips at the next promoted team that wants to sign him for a huge signing on bonus.
I'm sure you're right, but a lad of his talent is just wasted at Bramley Lane.
We couldn't afford him, but it was good whilst it lasted

They currently the 4th worst team in PL history based on points totals.

Derby, Sunderland and Huddersfield have had less.
The question is will they break Sunderland's second worst record of 19 points?

If they lose their last 4 matches by at least 11 clear goals, they’ll also set the record for worst ever goal difference in the Premier League.
I think the worst is Swindon they conceeded 100 in a 22 team season, so 4 more games. I'd say that Sheff Utd are effectively slightly worse than swindons defence already and the attack is rivalling it and they could get that worst GD at a push.

Probably that he has a big fat salary and at worst he is going to be in a team challenging for promotion next season. Alternatively he could have taken a massive pay-cut to be mid-table with us instead.

I don't think he's done enough for anyone to take a risk on him next season in the PL. I'd not be surprised to see him as top scorer (or one of them) in the championship next season though and get his next shot at the PL that way.

I've been keeping an eye on this stat ever since they had that little run of regularly conceding 4 or 5 in each game, but sadly it doesn't look likely to happen now. Unless they have one or two absolute mares of matches, which of course I'd love to see.
