Come on West Brom!

Talk about a game of two halves. Fair play to Albion who tore Sunlun apart second half. They are a big, pacey side when they get going and I suspect they will be challenging for a playoff place by mid Feb.

Sunlun will remain midtable mediocrity, but in fairness, that would be a creditable first season back in this division.
 
think a draw or Sunderland win would of been a better result for us, if we end up in the mix for the play offs as I reckon there is more chance WBA been up there by the end of the season than sunderland
 
Could have done with a Sunderland win, feel like wba will be pushing for the top 6 with that squad before long
 
I don't think WBA are very good at all. They remind me of Stoke - loads of players who are good on paper but no team. I think we are ahead of them in terms of squad development and potential this season
 
WBA look a different team when that Dike is fit and on the pitch (which isn't very often) if they keep him fit theyll be in and around the play-offs. WIithout him they'll be mid table.

That game encapsulated Tony Mowbrays teams and their seasons to a tee. Start well but unable to outhink an opposition manager when they make changes and they have nullified your Plan
 
It sounded as though Sunlun had run out of steam in the second half and couldnt maintain the tempo.
Sad isnt it?
 
Not fussed about West Brom climbing the table, much sooner them than Sunderland.

As long as we beat them in February, it's only our own results that will cost us.
