Cod in butter sauce

Boil in the bag and microwave (nowadays) there's barely any fish in them £3 for two pieces!
Is my memory going or did we get bigger squares of fish in the past.

Do people genuinely buy this garbage? It is so easy to just poach some fresh cod in a pan of milk with chopped parsley.

Never mind this boil in a bag rubbish. Off to the fishmongers and get a proper sized piece of fresh fish

place in heated frying pan with the melted butter 4'5 minutes and then add what ever you feel necessary
