Here is a lockdown challenge to help your fitness and wellbeing - we cannot climb up Ben Nevis or unless we live in Great Ayton, even go up Roseberry Topping at present - but how about walking the equivalent up your own house stairs during February. Or even going the extra step(s) and reaching the summit of Everest.
Boro Walkers have combined with MFC Foundation to bring you this special lockdown challenge - bringing the mountain into your home.
Everyone who takes part will receive a certificate to acknowledge their efforts and will be entered into a draw to win some “Boro” treats.
If you want to take the MFC Foundation Climb Any Mountain Feberest Challenge and at the same time raise funds for 2 LOCAL charities who make a difference to the life’s of the most vulnerable people across Teesside email alan.geddes@mfcfoundation.co.uk today.
