I am sorry but I have lost all faith in the police service (cleveland police or not). Not because I am a low life criminal who has fell fowl of the law and has come into conflict with them but because I have served as a police officer for more than 20 years and I know exactly what goes on and the games that are played to manipulate issues and deflect away from scrutiny.
 
You managed to serve for 20 years knowing the games that are played? You were also aware that scrutiny was being avoided? Sounds like you were part of the problem.
