City vs Chelsea - FA Cup Semi Final

But it’s not so obviously wrong to the vast majority 😂
I don't think anyone likes one team dominating football and winning everything but I would disagree that the majority of people hate City's style. Peps brought so much to football in general that other teams try to copy. Long gone is the old blood and thrust style of English football.

I never said the majority of people hate City’s style.

Just like I’m not suggesting I’m in favour of direct, root one dinosaur football.

I’m really not sure how you’ve taken that from me saying I find them dull and repetitive.

To you it can be.

They're very impressive for sure, like a well oiled machine but I don't find them fun to watch. They don't have to be fun to watch either, they can play however they want to play.
Is that more the dominance of the league or the style they play?

I would bet you have stood on the terraces and joined in the 'olays' when the Boro have outplayed a team and have been passing the ball between players.

Both.

Of course I have, that's usually when 2 or 3 goals up not from the 1st minute. Not that it would matter anyway, I'm a Boro fan and I love seeing us win. In City's case I'm a neutral and I hardly ever watch them unless it's a big game because it's boring to me.

Maybe I didn't understand what you meant when you said 'it’s not so obviously wrong to the vast majority' when replying to Malaguena. If you had explained why you find it dull, like Chappy as, then maybe I wouldn't have jumped to conclusions.

I'm also not sure why you are getting lairy over it.

Pep ranting about fixtures. He's got a point.

How the feck is City v Chelsea tonight after City played in the champions league mid week. Yet UTD v Coventry is tomorrow?

That's nothing but TV revenue numbers. UTD V Cov should have been tonight's game.

Yeah, I'm not normally one to feel sympathy for the top managers complaining, but it's another shocking decision from the FA to have them playing first.

Their mid-week match was not a surprise.

I find it boring and watched the QPR game instead.
