Christmas Weekend Plans?

I'll kick start it:

Friday: Drop off car early doors for annual inspection, work until 2pm, get home and relax with a few evening beers

Saturday: Brother in law's birthday who is unbelievably hosting a party. Leave early and watch cowboys eagles, finish off the present wrapping for the young un and chill out with a few beers

Sunday: Xmas morning at home, drive to the mother in laws for dinner, hopefully make it back home in reasonable time for a few nightcaps

Work till whenever today, South martins at the Town Hall tonight. Chill tomorrow and round me sisters for the big day. Boxing day in the South Stand then off to Norfolk to see the grand kids. Yeah, happy holidays, chasing tarmac.
 
Presents bought ahead of Christmas Eve which is a first, travelling from london to boro tomorrow.

Beers, friends and family after that and on to the game Boxing Day.
 
Early-ish finish today, few beers in the local then into town for the Irish pubs.

16:30 booking tomorrow at (imo) one of the best breweries in the country, then onward to another boozer for the night.

Few lunchtime beers Xmas day, then home for a curry and a magnum of natural wine we've been waiting to drink

I sense a theme emerging :)
 
Fri 23 - WFH, got the kids later on
Sat 24 - Got kids til teatime, so we'll open xmas eve boxes, make hot chocolate and have a buffet tea watching xmas films (Mine and mrs share 6 kids, aging 3-15 so it'll be manic)
Sun25 - Open presents, get my kids after dinner, go visit my parents, back to watch crap tv
Mon 26 - Boro match, drop kids off at their mams after
 
Off out to a restaurant with Mrs F this aft (seemed better than cooking)
Not much tomorrow but pub tomorrow eve with Familly plus buffet type snacks after.
Pub Christmas Day lunchtime with Familly then lunch at SIL & BIL’s house, lots of Familly.
Match Boxing Day.
Tuesday through to friends in Durham, God daughter is home from abroad for a few days
All good and if me and my liver both survive it will be a result!

Hey Philly Special, are you Boro in Philly or Philly in Boro? Had a really good friend in Philly who used to take me to The Linc on a regular basis. That Amtrak from NYC was packed with Eagles fans travelling to the game, always had a good laugh and a few beers with them. Happy times!
 
my partner is back in boro having a lovely xmas with her family & boro friends, I'm staying down south. local taproom today from 2:30 til 8ish with all the local drunkards. off to london tomorrow, a friend lets me borrow her flat in battersea..... I will be spending a few days on my own avoiding xmassy stuff, hope to have a nice kebab on xmas day. chelsea v bormuff on the 27th, then back home on the 28th. Not forgetting to pick my partner up of course.

Absolutely hate the stuff.
Getting very ill on it in my youth is probably why.I was so bad even my ancestors were nauseous. It was on Xmas eve as well so Xmas day was a write-off.
