Chocolate...Hot Chocolate

Just received a batch of Soma Old Dark Milk from my mate in Canada. Lovely chocolate. Anyway, won't go into too much detail, gents - but they are pretty prominent in the public eye. When buying this chocolate for expo, other keen eyed customers noticed and started buying it as well. To the point where it's been selling out - that's why my Easter lot is late.

In terms of hot choc...I tend to use bars around 80%-100% to make. Sometimes I'll get a 100% dark Hotel Chocolat if out n about. A word of warning if you frequent Costa, a large one contains over 50g sugar. Much better to do your own dark with combinations of milk/cream/water depending on preference.
