Yes we do.
There is seemingly anecdotal evidence of people moving away from Chinese on the tube for example or Chinese children being told to back off by foreign tourists. There's an example of casual racism - a chinese student being taunted as ”slitty eyed”. Hope these are very isolated incidents though.

Remember when the Falklands War was on a load of Redcar lads(including some who were mates of mine) used to stand outside of Hop And Grape in Redcar chanting "Sergio's got Argies in the cellar". Sergio being the guy who ran the pub. As far as I know he wasn't even Argentinian. Shameful then and now as I remind them of it.

Talking of the Falklands, a group of mates were getting abuse while on holiday in Spain over the war. Surprisingly the Jocks and the Welsh were left alone.
