Chicken Parmo - Deep Dish Pizza

Sam the cooking guy who made a parmo has now taken it one step further..

My local pizza place does a parmo pizza pie.
Basically a pizza dough in a large cake tin, tomato sauce then a parmo plonked inside of it.

Totally random and a bit pointless

That couldn't look less appetising, but then again i don't eat parmos so i suppose it wouldn't

It reminds me a bit of when I used to work in South Africa and the local shops sold "pie burgers". Basically a pie with a cheesburger inside - i always thought it should be a "burger pie" really.

Remember going to Blackburn away and went in bakery and they sold cheese n onion pie and a chicken pastie . Err what ? I stormed out exasperated
