There seems to be sufficient interest to have a Cheltenham Festival competition….so here goes with the details on tips and scoring:

Pick one horse per race on each day of the Festival

Entries must be posted on here by midday each racing day

If your pick wins the race you get 10 times the official starting price as points

If your pick is placed then you get 3 times the official starting price as points

Fewer than 5 horses starting there are no place points

5-7 horses starting there are place points for 2nd only

8-15 horses starting there are place points for 2nd and 3rd

16+ horses starting there are place points for 2nd, 3rd and 4th

Nap per day = double points

If your chosen horse is declared a non runner then your pick becomes the favourite, if more than one favourite then it will be the favourite withe the lowest number on the scorecard.

Please don’t edit your post if after midday.

That just about covers it, any questions or anything not clear let me know.

I’ll try and get latest scores up each evening.
