Chairman’s free drink problems

I had a problem redeeming the free drink on my season card at the last home game, as I am led to believe did some others. I’ve emailed the club, spoken to the ticket office and was told I would get a reply to my emails soon, but haven’t heard anything yet and was wondering whether this has been sorted yet. Has anyone else had this happen?

Best of luck resolving this. I'm sure it'll just be a blip. We've had no issues at all with ours so far.

Mine worked fine for the Millwall game just had the problem at the last game ( Huddersfield) .Ticket office said they were aware of some problems but thought it was sorted and I would get a reply to my email, which hasn’t happened yet!

We had the same problem and no replies from emails despite a few attempts and calls
