Anybody on here work there? Whats it like? What is the future of the plant looking like, how many years left roughly? Any information would be appreciated !

its a basket case... CF keep threatening to close it down over costs then the government prop it up for a bit longer.

It will soon be closing

I know they released a load of jobs today but the past few years with them stopping production numerous times I can't see my self applying

Thats my worry. I am secure now so would be a massive risk, plus I dont really want to walk into somewhere where morale is bad, ive been in that situation before and its draining. I feel like they're trying to strongarm the Government into cheaper rates which the Government do not seem to be backing down from. I hope it doesnt close for the people who work there and the area but I think I will pass this time.
