I had a fistula I think. It was indeed on my ****. I didn't die from it though. Some doctors removed it. I was walking like John Wayne for a fortnight.

"You can die slowly and uncomfortably over a period of months or quickly if I let my pet wolf loose. Entirely up to you.'
