Think he wants out, now sat on the bench which is unlike him, persisting with his playing out from the back and Glover when it's clear neither are working.

You have to wonder.

Of course in. This season is falling apart but injuries are playing a massive part.

We aren't going down, we've got headroom to have a go in the summer.

At least we can weadle out those that do not have the character and who we need rid of for next season.

Definitely in, First full season, there has been lots of ins and outs which hasn't helped and the injury situation has been the worst and most prolonged that I have ever known. I think it goes to show how important Isaiah is to our team. MC could definitely be doing things a little different such as go with your best team which he didn't at the start as well and it wasn't untill he did that that we went on a run of six wins. As well as Issiah a fully fit Josh would help us, there is strong team not available to us, so definitely MC in but this season is probably going to fizzle out if it hasn't already.

in my humble opinion, you'd be mad to ditch him - he's a good young manager. I don't feel he's been supported by those "upstairs" at all, and the team has been badly affected by injuries, the cup run not helping. patience is required, but I suspect it won't be given.

Don’t be shocked if he is away in the summer. He has been massively let down this season by those running the club.

Although he isn’t getting the best from this squad of players

Even Carrick must be alarmed we have no threat up front we dilly and dally yet the' inferior' oppossition get the ball pass it up front shoot and score then repeat.

you can only use the injury situation so far, theres no danger of another team poaching him for sure at the seasons end.he makes some wierd decisions tho,if we keep up these performances he will soon be very much under pressure i feel

The best player we have for taking one touch and burying it is currently playing out wide on the right, a position where Carrick is picking him week after week.

I'm still in but he needs to start finding another way to play. If he continues with this till the end of the season I could be swayed.

He gets more time because I accept he's been given garbage players.

Out for me. Said after Bristol that his whole attitude was gone. He either hasn’t got a clue or is that fcuked off with no signings he just doesn’t care anymore.

We need a strong manager to stand up to the daft **** we have in charge

Agree 100% with this, we played some of the best football we have seen for a while under carrick. The team was torn apart when the season finished. He hasn’t been supported by the those above anywhere near as much as we had all hoped, and this is the result. The summer transfer window will be a good indicator on how ambitious we want to be, and how we are supporting carrick. If we have another poor window, then carrick leaves later, can anyone blame him?

Sacking manager after manager is the worst thing a football club can do. We've got a young coach with an impeccable pedigree and most importantly he's got exactly the kind of character I'd want at our club. Just forget the short-termism and let him get on with his job.
Massively agree with this.

He must be shell shocked right now but he is still new to the job really.

Support him, his instincts are spot on. I firmly believe he will be a top manager, if not with us then with someone else.
