I loved it. Son in law wanted to beat the crowds but I insisted we stayed last night to clap the players. Seeing Carrick show that emotion was worth sitting in Sheffield traffic for 40 mins

I could swear he still did it the odd time when manager. Something about his wife telling him it was embarrassing but he couldn’t help himself
