Can anyone recommend a Physio?

I managed to get to see Phil Newton on Tuesday morning and he gave me a few pointers regarding the medication the doctor prescribed and little exercises to do on my neck. I have already started to feel the benefits from this visit and after speaking with him, I can see light at the end of the tunnel.

The doctor prescribed Amitriptyline to help me sleep at night but due to them being an anti-depressant, I hadn't taken any. Phil talked me through how they can be used for pain relief (something the doctor never did) and advised that I should give them a go. I've taken them the last few nights and haven't gotten out of bed until 10.30 each day. I can't remember the last time I slept that late.

A big thank you to everyone who took the time to reply to mu original e-mail and thumbs up to those who recommended Phil.
Sounds good 👍
If you've got some spare Amitriptyline can we have some 😗

Keep well away from Paul Gough Physio, based in Hartlepool and Guisborough.

These are overcharged and overrated. It is all about trying to get as much money out of you . They see £ signs
