Burnley live on Sky red button

Is there a way to watch red button stuff if you only have Sky Sports through Now TV?

Do you have an Xbox, PlayStation, or a Samsung/LG Smart TV?

You can watch red button matches on the Now TV apps on them in the bonus streams section.

Frustratingly it's not available on Firestick or other smart tvs.

Cheers dude.

Damn. My options are Sony smart TV and Firestick.

This might sound like a daft question but how do you access it on the Sky interface?

Do you just go to main event and press the red button on the remote??

I've never done it before.

Sky Sports Football, press the red button, it should bring up the options for the available matches, though the streams often only begin 5 minutes before kick-off.

It's usually on the main efl channel which is 503 on virgin. Just press the red button at 3.00pm.
Main event is 501 so you can easily figure it out if you get sky direct

Sky are so sloppy with red button coverage. They don't give a f**k. The last few times I've watched, the match has had the commentary from a different game. Lots of people on Twitter were making the same complaint.

Out on Saturday for a few, if a pub has Sky Sports, then does that mean they can get the red button games?

Not legally, it's blocked on commercial boxes.

If they're using a domestic box on the sly, or a dodgy box, they might have it on.
Plenty of pubs probably will.

Only one camera and no replays.Rather pay the club £10 for the stream with proper coverage and the Radio Tees commentary.
Excuse my ignorance here guys, but isn’t the match subject to the 3pm blackout? You cannot ordinarily watch 3pm away games on a Saturday, even if the VPN is set to Zambia.
What am I missing?

Because there are no Premier matches on this weekend EFL clubs have the option of allowing their game to be streamed or shown on Sky.
As 271266 says red button is crap, one camera, one commentator, no replays.
MFC are streaming the game for the usual £10. Much better value.

50% of the matches in the top 2 divisions have to be on Saturday 3pm for the blackout to take effect.

Only 8 Championship matches are on at that time, whilst there are no Premier League matches, so that's only 36%, which means they can show it.

Little loophole that's arisen because of the unseasonal World Cup.

Ah, thanks NFG. I should have guessed it would be driven by the PL aristocracy.
